We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (Contractual) to support and maintain IT infrastructure operations. The role involves monitoring systems, ensuring uptime, troubleshooting issues, and supporting data center operations in a secure and efficient environment.
🎓 Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s (4 Years) in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- OR equivalent relevant field
- Degree must be HEC-recognized and attested
💼 Experience
- Preferably 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Center infrastructure, NMS dashboards, and service health status
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for:
- Linux systems
- Windows servers
- Basic network issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior system administrators
- Execute routine operations such as:
- Backup verification
- Job scheduling checks
- System health monitoring
- Ensure adherence to IT operations and security standards
⚙️ Required Skills & Knowledge
- Windows Server administration
- Linux system basics
- Virtualization concepts
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Basic Information Security understanding
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools

- Position is contract-based with a 6-month probation period (extendable if required)
