We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to support manufacturing operations by ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient performance of automation and control systems. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation and electrical systems

Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of automation projects and equipment

Improve production line efficiency through process control and system optimization

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards

Train operators and maintenance staff on automation systems and best practices
-
Apply TPM, digital tools, and engineering systems (e.g., NSAT, NIMS, AMM, etc.)

Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintain system backups
-
Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
🎯 What We Are Looking For

1–3 years of relevant experience in automation, controls, or industrial maintenance

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, and industrial communication networks

Familiarity with TPM and preventive maintenance systems

Experience in equipment commissioning, start-up, or technical projects preferred

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors

Self-motivated with a strong focus on KPIs, performance, and results
