A healthcare facility is seeking a Female Attendant (Aya) to support maternal and child health (MCH) services. The role focuses on assisting healthcare staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of women, newborns, and patients within the facility.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assist LHVs during patient examinations, deliveries, and minor procedures
• Support pregnant women and mothers during antenatal and postnatal care
• Help in handling and caring for newborns under supervision
• Manage patient flow for ANC, PNC, and family planning services
• Maintain cleanliness of OPD, waiting areas, labor rooms, and delivery tables
• Assist in patient movement, positioning, and general care
• Support sterilization of instruments and ensure hygiene standards
• Ensure proper waste disposal as per IPC protocols
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition
• Maintain respectful, culturally sensitive behavior with patients and attendants
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

📌 Job Requirements

• Preferably a local resident of Pishin or Killa Saifullah
• Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or maternity care settings is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and patient care practices
• Physically fit for routine caregiving tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate attitude
