At Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd., the Relationship Manager – Asset plays a key role in driving asset sales while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

This role goes beyond traditional sales — it requires a strategic, customer-focused financial mindset to understand client needs and offer tailored microfinance solutions that support sustainable growth.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in line with bank SOPs
• Ensure ethical and genuine lending practices (no irregular or adjusted lending)
• Identify business opportunities through market research and client profiling
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness using the 5 Cs of Credit
• Promote bank products and develop effective sales strategies
• Ensure timely loan recovery and proactive follow-ups with clients
• Conduct field visits for verification and customer assessment
• Maintain strict compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies
• Manage asset portfolio performance including disbursement, verification, and collections
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Report any fraud risks or suspicious activities to management
• Support branch profitability through effective sales execution
• Lead, coach, and support Relationship Officers for improved performance
• Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs in loan processing and documentation handling

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in microfinance / banking sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of credit assessment and financial analysis
