Job Overview

Nayatel is seeking a highly driven International Business Development Manager to lead global B2B marketing and sales initiatives. The role focuses on generating high-quality international leads, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and expanding business presence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold campaigns, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, DesignRush, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (in coordination with marketing team)
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on region, industry, and company size
  • Execute outbound campaigns including email sequences and LinkedIn messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing team for inbound lead management
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements
  • Qualify leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Develop customized pitches aligned with Nayatel’s service offerings
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage lead nurturing pipelines
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies
  • Lead client presentations and negotiation meetings
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage post-sales client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Act as primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and market positioning
  • Explore new international markets and expansion opportunities
  • Support strategic partnerships and global collaborations
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records
  • Track KPIs including conversion rates, cost per lead, deal cycle time, and revenue contribution
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and international business development
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience in proposal writing and RFP handling
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
  • Understanding of enterprise platforms (Clutch, DesignRush, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of paid marketing funnels (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent presentation and pitching abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset
  • Strong ownership attitude with entrepreneurial thinking
