As a Territory Manager, you will act as a front-line sales leader, responsible for managing distributors, optimizing trade operations, and delivering sales growth across your assigned territory. You’ll play a key role in driving business performance and executing digital transformation initiatives.

• Drive sales growth & volume targets across the territory
• Enhance in-store visibility and brand presence
• Manage and align distributor & customer operations
• Lead joint business planning with key customers
• Plan and optimize eRTM routes for field sales teams
• Support digital transformation initiatives
• Monitor profitability & financial metrics
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Ensure achievement of KPIs and business targets
• Analyze performance and improve execution strategies

🎓 Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
