Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking a Senior Manager Coordination (Sports & Exercise Medicine) to oversee administrative and operational functions of the department. The role involves ensuring effective coordination of medical services, compliance, and smooth support for athletes, medical teams, and coaching staff.

Pakistan Cricket Board is responsible for promoting and developing cricket in Pakistan while maintaining overall governance and control of the sport nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement plans for departmental operational needs
• Manage administrative operations of the Sports & Exercise Medicine department
• Coordinate schedules for doctors, physiotherapists, and support staff
• Ensure smooth day-to-day medical and rehabilitation operations
• Assist in organizing pre-participation screenings and fitness assessments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and sports governing standards
• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and reporting
• Manage budgets, procurement, and medical inventory
• Oversee maintenance of medical and rehabilitation facilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Sports Management, Business Administration, Legal, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant administrative experience (preferably in healthcare or sports environments)
• Experience with sports medicine teams or high-performance athletes is highly desirable
