• Experience supporting multi-location retail operations and large frontline workforce
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

📋 Job Description

• Act as a key HR Business Partner for store management and operations teams
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for retail stores
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
• Manage employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce productivity
• Coordinate training, development programs, and succession planning for retail staff
