The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing and executing payment operations while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and taxation requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a commitment to accuracy in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and execute vendor and internal payments (bank transfers, cheques, online payments).
• Ensure payments are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Verify payment details along with supporting documentation prior to execution.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment-related queries.
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements.
• Identify and implement improvements for efficient payment processing.
• Ensure accurate deduction and timely submission of withholding taxes in accordance with regulations set by Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial authorities (e.g., Sindh Revenue Board, Punjab Revenue Authority).
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and internal financial controls.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
