Job Overview

Jadeed Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Operations Manager to oversee and streamline data management processes at its Tarlai Warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, supervise operational workflows, and support management through insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of data entry staff and ensure timely task completion
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems
• Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation
• Assign tasks to team members and track their performance
• Conduct regular audits and error-checking procedures
• Generate reports and analytical summaries for management review
• Ensure proper record-keeping in both digital and physical formats
• Coordinate with internal departments for data requirements
• Train and guide staff on data handling procedures and systems
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of organizational data

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in data operations or management
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proven team supervision and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management tools
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Effective time management and multitasking ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong numerical and calculation skills
