💼 Key Responsibilities

• Support and implement the People Strategy for Beauty & Wellbeing PTAB
• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
• Partner with business leaders on talent management and succession planning
• Lead key HR cycles including performance management and annual pay review
• Deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions
• Contribute to building future-ready capabilities (digital, AI, social-first mindset)
• Manage cross-functional HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
• Support change management across multiple geographies

🎯 Requirements

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience with proven delivery
• Experience in end-to-end project management
• Background in HR business partnering or organizational development preferred
