💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement the People Strategy for Beauty & Wellbeing PTAB
- Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
- Partner with business leaders on talent management and succession planning
- Lead key HR cycles including performance management and annual pay review
- Deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Contribute to building future-ready capabilities (digital, AI, social-first mindset)
- Manage cross-functional HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
- Support change management across multiple geographies
🎯 Requirements
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience with proven delivery
- Experience in end-to-end project management
- Background in HR business partnering or organizational development preferred
