We are seeking a motivated and skilled Resource Mobilization Officer to join AlKhidmat Foundation Pakistan at Aghosh Homes, Aghosh Rashidabad. The ideal candidate will support fundraising, donor engagement, and resource development activities to strengthen humanitarian programs.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation required)
• Preference will be given to candidates with Marketing / Business / Social Sciences background

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor relations

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and donor communication materials
• Manage and update donor database & CRM systems
• Organize fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
• Utilize digital marketing and fundraising platforms for outreach
• Support resource mobilization strategies for sustainable funding
