Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution
• Certification or qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or service quality functions

Core Skills

• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong capability in digital transformation and process automation
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to foster a continuous improvement culture across teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools
• Drive organizational change management and embed a performance-driven culture
• Optimize queue management systems and improve turnaround times (TATs)
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational solutions
