Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution
- Certification or qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage
Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or service quality functions
Core Skills
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong capability in digital transformation and process automation
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving
- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to foster a continuous improvement culture across teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools
- Drive organizational change management and embed a performance-driven culture
- Optimize queue management systems and improve turnaround times (TATs)
- Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational solutions
