Job Overview
Jadeed Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join its Head Office in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), ACCA, or CA (Finalist)
- Minimum 4β6 years of relevant experience
- Strong command of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Sound understanding of management reporting
- Experience in the Oil & Ghee industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting systems and processes
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Perform cost analysis, including product costing and operational tracking
- Assist in developing and maintaining cost accounting systems
