Experience:

• Strong understanding of SOP implementation and compliance practices

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure strict adherence to company policies and SOPs across retail outlets
• Evaluate store operations including customer service, staff behavior, hygiene, safety standards, and overall discipline
• Identify areas of non-compliance, policy violations, and control weaknesses
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
• Follow up with store teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Ensure standardization and effective implementation of SOPs across all locations
• Perform surprise audits and inspections as required
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and records for tracking and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with management to enhance compliance frameworks and update SOPs where necessary
• Provide guidance and basic training to store staff on compliance standards and best practices
