Job Overview
READ Foundation is seeking a dedicated and visionary Assistant Manager Education to drive academic excellence, support school staff, and expand educational initiatives in the Diamer region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic establishment and operationalization of new schools in the region
- Assess existing schools and integrate improvements into annual strategic planning
- Ensure academic excellence and student development through effective implementation of educational programs
- Monitor and evaluate school staff performance, fostering continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational manuals, and audit requirements
- Prepare and present reports, data analysis, and operational insights to management
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Linguistics, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in education administration or management
Important Notes
- Preference will be given to local candidates residing in Chilas
