A Relationship Officer – Deposit Banking at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships related to deposit products. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and ensuring strong portfolio growth through CASA and Term Deposit mobilization.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition to build a strong liability portfolio
• Develop and manage CALSA / Savings / Term Deposit (TD) portfolios
• Achieve assigned weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit targets
• Build and manage a deposit mobilization team (including freelancers & brand ambassadors)
• Ensure optimal portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits
• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities for existing clients
• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate and individual clients
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and internal coordination
• Monitor daily deposit mobilization and new-to-bank (NTB) account opening targets
• Analyze competitor activity to improve customer retention strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by line management

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations
• Knowledge of CASA and core banking fundamentals
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail banking, or relevant industry (preferred)
