Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a Manager Administration to lead and streamline administrative operations for its Bano Qabil Program. The role requires a highly organized professional capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination, and efficient resource management.
🎓 Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant administrative experience
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall administrative operations for seamless service delivery
- Ensure effective coordination and liaison between regional offices and head office

- Record management
- Communication systems
- Scheduling
- Security & transportation
- Supervise facility management, maintenance planning, and event coordination
