Job Description

Experience:

  • Minimum 06 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, including at least 01 year in a supervisory role
    OR
  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, including at least 02 years in a supervisory role

Education:

  • MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related field
  • Preferred:
    • Master’s in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA)
    • Public Health (MPH/MSPH)
    • Quality Management / TQM
    • Epidemiology or relevant discipline
  • Diploma/Certification in Healthcare Quality will be an added advantage

Job Overview:

The Deputy Manager – Administration will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across all clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital. The role includes supporting accreditation processes, implementing quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in line with healthcare standards.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Quality Management & Regulatory Compliance

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems
  • Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Support accreditation processes (national & international)

B. Employee Development & Performance Management

  • Conduct and support training programs on quality improvement and patient safety practices
  • Assist in building staff capacity for quality-driven healthcare delivery

C. Risk Management

  • Support end users in maintaining and analyzing the Incident Reporting System
  • Analyze identified risks to determine root causes and recommend process improvements
  • Prepare risk assessment reports and suggest corrective actions

D. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze patient outcomes, safety incidents, and quality metrics
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
  • Contribute to data-driven decision-making and performance improvement
