A Relationship Officer SME at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and service plans aligned with branch targets
Identify new business opportunities through market research
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets ethically and in line with SOPs
Promote and sell SME banking products
Conduct client profiling using the Five C’s of Credit
Perform physical verification of prospective clients
Ensure timely loan repayments and 100% recovery performance
Maintain proper handling of customer documentation
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
Prepare weekly field activity plans with reporting to line manager
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies
Report any fraudulent or suspicious activities
Deliver excellent customer service with zero complaint tolerance

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputable institution
1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or SME sales
Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills
