We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions efficiently, provide excellent service, and maintain accuracy in cash handling operations.

Job Requirements

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum Matric or Intermediate
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and computer operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, responsible, and flexible to work in shifts

💼 Experience:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments)
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer on a daily basis
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Handle refunds and exchanges according to store policies
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized
• Assist customers with packing items and managing queues
• Follow company SOPs and loss prevention guidelines
