We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage checkout operations efficiently and provide excellent customer service.

• Process customer transactions accurately via POS (cash, card, and digital payments)
• Handle cash, maintain cash drawer, and perform daily reconciliation
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with basic queries
• Manage refunds and exchanges according to store policy
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist in packing items and managing customer queues
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and loss prevention guidelines

📋 Job Requirements

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum Matric or Intermediate
• Basic knowledge of math and computer operations
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Honest, responsible, and willing to work in shifts

💼 Experience:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service
