Job Description

• Process and execute vendor and internal payments including bank transfers, cheques, and online transactions
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within defined timelines
• Verify all payment details and supporting documents before execution
• Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and payments
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in payment processing
• Ensure correct deduction and timely deposit of withholding taxes in compliance with FBR and relevant provincial authorities (e.g., SRB, PRA)
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and internal financial controls
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department
