We are seeking a skilled and analytical Energy Management professional to support efficiency and sustainability initiatives across industrial operations. The role focuses on optimizing energy usage, improving system performance, and driving cost-effective solutions across production and utility departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits across all business units to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Monitor and analyze energy performance indicators, KPIs, and baseline consumption trends
• Evaluate industrial systems, utilities, and production processes to recommend energy-saving and cost-reduction strategies
• Support optimization initiatives across spinning, weaving, processing, and power plant operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy efficiency projects
• Ensure compliance with applicable energy regulations and industry standards
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on energy performance and improvements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial energy management or plant operations
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, electrical systems, and power utilities
• Proficiency in energy monitoring tools and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills
