Aghosh Homes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Mentor for its Peshawar facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding, mentoring, and supporting children’s emotional, educational, and behavioral development in a structured and nurturing environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Child Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mentoring children

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching, childcare services, orphanages, or boarding/educational institutions
• Preference will be given to candidates with NGO experience in child development, counseling, or youth mentorship programs
• Strong mentoring and guidance skills with a focus on positive behavioral development
• Ability to implement positive, non-punitive discipline techniques
• Effective communication skills in Urdu and Pashto, with basic proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills when working with children and youth
