The Analyst – Accounts Receivable is responsible for supporting end-to-end AR operations, ensuring all receivables are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with internal controls, policies, and service level agreements.

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Post bank receipts and sundry banking entries into ledgers
• Import and manage bank statements in the system
• Monitor banking activities and highlight discrepancies to management
• Maintain reconciliation of cash book, sales, and cash control between depot systems and head office systems
• Share discrepancy reports with depots to identify and resolve cash shortages
• Log and track queries with banking partners
• Perform monthly cashbook reconciliation and ensure timely closure as per schedule
• Respond to depot-related queries regarding customer bank deposits
• Support internal and external audit queries with accurate data and documentation

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• MBA / BBA (preferably in Finance)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance operations

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good understanding of financial processes and reconciliations
• Ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and process improvements
• Willingness to work in evening shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
