📌 Job Overview

Packages Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Operator FG for its BUFC Karachi Plant. The role involves operating machinery efficiently, maintaining production quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines according to defined manuals and SOPs
• Coordinate with shift operators for smooth daily operations
• Implement disciplined production practices using WCMD
• Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives (Pillar & SMED)
• Support waste reduction and process optimization efforts

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Matric / FSC / FA / DAE
• 5–7 years of experience in machine operations within a manufacturing environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly based on production needs
• Problem-solving mindset
• Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and safety standards
