🎯 Job Purpose

This role is designed for a procurement professional who can drive strategic value in Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) for Personal Care & Beauty & Wellbeing. You will play a key role in managing costs, supplier relationships, innovation support, and end-to-end procurement strategy execution.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Align procurement strategy with CM PC & BW business priorities
  • Deliver cost savings and inflation mitigation programs
  • Lead cross-functional procurement projects and sourcing initiatives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiations for CM partners
  • Identify and onboard alternative and local suppliers
  • Support new product launches and innovation projects
  • Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and compliance standards
  • Conduct market analysis, price forecasting, and benchmarking
  • Ensure supply continuity, capacity planning, and quality assurance
  • Present insights and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global procurement and finance teams

🧠 Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in Procurement / Supply Chain
  • At least 1 year FMCG industry exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree (University qualification)
  • Strong understanding of Finance & P&L basics
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
