🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Additional HVAC certifications will be considered a plus

Experience:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance (retail or commercial environments preferred)
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
• Proven experience in team management and vendor coordination

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems across the facility
• Ensure optimal performance of air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems to maintain customer comfort
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and procurement of spare parts
• Monitor energy consumption and introduce cost-effective solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintenance standards
• Maintain accurate service records and respond promptly to emergency repair needs
