The Accounting Operations & Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS), IFRS, and local regulatory requirements. This role oversees Period End Close (PEC), statutory reporting, audit coordination, and financial controls to maintain strong balance sheet integrity and compliance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Period End Close (PEC) activities with a focus on first-time accuracy and timely group reporting
• Prepare and present statutory financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors for half-year reviews and annual audits
• Present financial insights to the Board Audit Committee on a quarterly basis
• Ensure adherence to Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS) across all accounting practices
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and timely clearing of open items
• Collaborate with Nestlé Business Services (NBS) across S2P, O2C, and R2R processes to ensure SLA compliance
• Oversee CAPEX & Fixed Assets processes, ensuring proper capitalization and compliance

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• ACA / ACCA / Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Experience:

• 6–7 years of post-qualification experience
• Articleship with a reputable firm (preferred in accounting & reporting)

💼 Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, Companies Act, and corporate governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules
• In-depth understanding of Period End Close (PEC) processes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of English
