Packages Group is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Manager Maintenance to support and oversee maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Supervise maintenance activities on the floor
• Ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Assist in root cause analysis of machine breakdowns
• Maintain maintenance logs and generate reports
• Coordinate with production teams for planned shutdowns
• Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and materials
• Enforce safety protocols during maintenance work
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
