Join the Radio Network Optimization & Planning team for the South Region and play a key role in enhancing network performance, ensuring seamless connectivity, and improving customer experience across evolving telecom technologies.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

📊 Monitor OSS KPIs (accessibility, retainability, mobility, quality) and ensure departmental targets are met

📡 Plan & optimize new 5G and TDD sites

🌐 Handle South Region new site planning, congestion analysis, and network improvement solutions

🚗 Conduct inter-operator drive test benchmarking to evaluate network performance and competitive positioning

🔍 Perform consistency audits for parameter and feature validation, identifying and resolving discrepancies

⚙️ Lead optimization trials across different RAN releases and evaluate their impact on network quality & user experience

📶 Execute network redesign activities including antenna tilt, height adjustments, and coverage optimization for weak areas, pilot pollution, and new site integration

🔷 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Telecom Engineering or related field

💼 Experience:
Minimum 1+ year in RAN Optimization & Planning

🧠 Skills:

• Data Visualization tools & AI-based analytics knowledge
• Strong understanding of RAN Planning (2G, 3G, 4G)
• Awareness of future telecom technologies & network evolution
