The MMBL Business Partner – Karachi will act as the dedicated banking support liaison between Enterprise Business regional teams (North, Central-A, Central-B/C, and South) and Banking Operations of Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited.
This role ensures smooth coordination between JazzCash Enterprise Business Development teams and MMBL banking operations, enabling faster onboarding, improved operational visibility, and efficient execution of new business partnerships.
The incumbent will be embedded within the regional Enterprise Business office, acting as a bridge to eliminate operational friction and enhance partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Onboarding & KYC Facilitation

Manage end-to-end onboarding of enterprise partners including:
- KYC verification and documentation validation
- Account opening coordination with MMBL branches
- Agreement alignment and approvals
- Ensure onboarding cases are complete, compliant, and processed within SLAs
- Guide regional teams on documentation and banking requirements
2. Banking Operations Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for banking-related operational issues
- Coordinate with Operations, Branch Banking, and Compliance teams for quick resolution
- Provide visibility on settlements, disbursements, and reconciliations

Resolve issues related to:
- Dost App access and usage
- Account limitations and transaction issues
- Portal permissions and operational delays
3. Reporting & Settlement Visibility

Ensure timely availability of:
- Settlement reports
- Transaction summaries
- Reconciliation statements
- Support structured reporting to reduce manual follow-ups
- Identify recurring issues and escalate for permanent resolution
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Enterprise Business teams and Banking Operations
- Escalate critical issues impacting onboarding, settlements, or service delivery
- Ensure smooth communication flow between stakeholders
5. Regional Enablement & Field Support
- Provide on-ground support within regional office setup
- Participate in onboarding meetings and partner discussions
- Maintain issue tracking for transparency and resolution timelines
- Support SOP updates, templates, and process documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of KYC and banking onboarding processes
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of digital banking tools and enterprise payment flows
- High ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through mindset
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

3–5 years of experience in:
- Banking operations
- Corporate onboarding
- Enterprise support roles
- Experience in KYC, compliance, or branch operations preferred
- Exposure to fintech or digital banking is a plus
