Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager – Trade who will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and managing key trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sales & margin targets
- Identify, register, and develop new customers in line with business schedules
- Explore market opportunities and expand customer network through field visits
- Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
- Handle customer credit, complaints, and feedback effectively
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for customized solutions
- Conduct both direct (visits, calls) and indirect (networking) sales activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer progress and sales tracking
- Ensure professional and ethical conduct in all sales operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or trade sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and field-based environment
