The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries from retailers, sales teams, general public, UK Head Office, internal colleagues, and suppliers, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution.
🔹 Job Responsibilities

Provide professional support via telephone and email to retailers, sales force, public, UK head office, colleagues, and suppliers

Raise and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution within defined KPIs

Coordinate with internal departments and key functions to resolve customer-related issues efficiently

Make targeted outbound sales calls to retailers

Record and process orders for stock on behalf of retailers accurately
🔹 Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university

3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
🔹 Specific Requirements

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken English

Prior call center experience (inbound & outbound)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good working knowledge of MS Office

Willingness to work evening shift (01:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
