📌 Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive/Specialist to manage in-store QA operations and ensure full compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise in-store QA activities ensuring compliance with METRO standards & local regulations
• Conduct statistical reporting & analysis to improve quality compliance performance
• Implement and maintain FSSC 22000, Halal, and corporate food safety standards
• Act as Food Safety Team Leader
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements through coordination with stakeholders & authorities
• Organize training programs on food safety, quality, and legality
• Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs aligned with company and national standards
• Handle customer complaints, quality incidents, recalls, and product returns
• Maintain document & data control systems
• Identify and reduce quality-related losses through continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (relevant field preferred)
