The Relationship Officer SME at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service plans in alignment with branch targets
• Identify new markets and business opportunities through field research
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as per SOPs
• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical and compliant practices
• Promote bank products and expand SME customer base
• Conduct customer evaluations using the Five C’s of Credit
• Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to clients
• Perform physical verification of prospective customers
• Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain 100% recovery targets
• Avoid unauthorized cash handling; strictly follow collection protocols
• Safeguard and properly handle customer documentation
• Prepare weekly field activity plans with performance tracking
• Conduct regular customer meetings (monthly/quarterly)
• Ensure all loan bookings comply with bank policies and standards
• Continuously update product knowledge and suggest improvements
• Maintain high service standards with zero customer complaints
• Report any fraud or suspicious activity to management
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal SOPs
• Protect the bank’s reputation through strong internal controls

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking, sales, or SME sector preferred
