📋 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business targets through effective strategies
• Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with objectives
• Maintain updated franchise records (performance & compliance)
• Identify new business expansion opportunities
• Conduct ground verification & onboarding of franchisees
• Provide product training and ensure smooth deployment
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients & stakeholders
• Prepare reports on business growth, compliance, and performance
