Program Overview – What is ULIP?
The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global, 8-week structured internship designed to build future leaders through real business exposure.
As an intern in Communications & Corporate Affairs, you will:

Work on live business projects within your assigned function

Gain hands-on experience in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement

Develop leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
