Program Overview – What is ULIP?

The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global, 8-week structured internship designed to build future leaders through real business exposure.

As an intern in Communications & Corporate Affairs, you will:

• Work on live business projects within your assigned function
• Gain hands-on experience in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement
• Develop leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Learn directly from experienced industry professionals
• Contribute to real initiatives that impact the business and communities

Who Should Apply?

• Currently in the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree, OR
• Enrolled in a Master’s program
