🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and optimize on-ground sales operations through franchise channels. This role focuses on converting market opportunities into sustainable business growth while strengthening distribution networks and enhancing market presence.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective franchise management
  • Drive KPIs including:
    • Gross Adds & First Call Activation (FCA)
    • Revenue growth (Primary & Secondary Recharge)
    • Financial Services, Devices & Internet sales
  • Expand market share within assigned territory
  • Execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Franchise & Channel Management

  • Manage franchise operations and ensure high performance
  • Onboard and develop new business partners
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and PTA regulations
  • Enable retail and franchise staff through training and motivation

Distribution & Retail Excellence

  • Strengthen retail footprint and product availability
  • Monitor channel investments and profitability
  • Improve quality of sales across all business verticals
  • Enhance customer experience (CSAT) and reduce dissatisfaction (DSAT)

Market Operations

  • Conduct regular market visits for insights and competitor analysis
  • Plan routes and set targets for field teams (RSOs)
  • Monitor franchise staffing and performance

Projects

  • Support and execute special projects to improve sales and distribution performance

🎓 Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales/distribution roles
  • Experience managing teams or franchise networks is a plus
