The Relationship Officer – Deposit at Mobilink Microfinance Bank plays a key role in driving deposit growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing a diversified deposit portfolio. This role focuses on achieving liability targets while delivering excellent customer service.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer acquisition strategies to build a strong deposit portfolio.
- Develop and manage CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and Term Deposit (TD) portfolios within assigned timelines.
- Achieve product-wise targets (CASA / SA / TD) on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build and lead a deposit mobilization team (including freelancers/brand ambassadors).
- Maintain an optimal portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits.
- Ensure competitive and fairly priced deposit growth through multiple account relationships.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with branch teams to meet business objectives in line with bank policies.
- Drive daily deposit mobilization and NTB (New-to-Bank) account opening targets.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with Branch Manager (BM) / Relationship Manager (RM) for solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products to existing customers.
- Monitor competitor activities to retain and grow the customer base.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently as directed by the line manager.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations.
- Knowledge of CASA fundamentals and portfolio growth strategies.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, banking, or operations (preferred).
