Unilever is hiring an AM SUIT – Personal Care professional to lead innovation and change management initiatives within the Supply Chain function. The role focuses on managing product innovations, technology deployment, process improvements, CAPEX planning, and operational excellence to ensure smooth execution of innovation projects and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

• Act as the single point of contact for Supply Chain technology inputs across teams.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional innovation and technology forums.
• Ensure alignment with global category technology programs.
• Coordinate product, process, and packaging design adaptation for local markets.

CAPEX Management

• Support short, medium, and long-term investment planning for growth and innovation.
• Drive implementation of long-term capacity plans.
• Improve Return on Assets (ROA) through effective investment strategies.
• Lead CAPEX prioritization and execution planning.

Innovation Projects

• Drive innovation excellence and OTIF delivery.
• Coordinate with QA, R&D, Planning, and factory teams for successful project execution.
• Manage innovation processes from planning to commissioning.
• Develop technology standards for cluster-specific and local brands.

Other Responsibilities

• Conduct technical risk assessments to maintain product quality standards.
• Ensure global technology and operational standards are implemented effectively.
• Support convergence and modernization initiatives across operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Experience in quality management, process control, supplier assessments, and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of machinery specifications and project management.

Skills Required

• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Ability to manage end-to-end innovation and technology roadmaps.
• Strong execution and operational coordination capabilities.
