Job Purpose
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing assigned territories, handling distributors and order bookers, executing sales strategies, and achieving business targets through effective market coverage and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
- Develop daily sales plans and assign targets to order bookers according to coverage areas.
- Monitor territory performance and prepare sales reports to track KPIs and target achievements.
- Supervise and motivate order bookers to ensure productivity and strong product knowledge.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate outlet coverage, productivity, and market dynamics.
- Ensure execution of trade marketing activities across all assigned outlets.
- Design effective sales plans and PJPs by analyzing territory performance and route-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Manage territory budgets, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education: Graduate
💼 Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
