Eligibility Criteria

BBA/MBA in International Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline
πΌ Experience:
Minimum 01 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
β Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
β Prepare invoices, receipts, proposals, funding agreements, and organizational reports
β Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion
β Conduct Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities and recommend improvements
β Maintain donor records and support financial reporting processes
β Ensure proper documentation and reporting standards are followed
Required Skills

Strong communication and professional writing skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Experience in proposal and report writing

Knowledge of financial reporting and donor management software
