📌 Job Overview

National Telecommunication Limited (NTL) is hiring Senior Associates (E-Sahulat) to support operational activities, franchise coordination, and data management across multiple cities. 🎓 Educational Requirements

• Intermediate (Minimum Qualification)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) from an HEC-recognized university

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with Regional Control Rooms and Head Office
• Liaise with Business Executives for support and issue resolution
• Work closely with internal departments (Finance, IT, Networks, Infrastructure)
• Maintain and update franchisee records and documentation
• Ensure accurate data entry in designated systems
• Monitor operations and report discrepancies
• Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and data confidentiality policies
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency
• Handle franchisee queries and provide necessary assistance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
