READ Foundation is hiring experienced education professionals to lead and manage school operations in remote areas of Balochistan. This role requires strong leadership, academic management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Educational Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) or equivalent

Major Responsibilities
- Oversee overall academic and administrative management of the school
- Supervise staff performance and ensure quality teaching
- Develop teaching plans and manage timetables
- Monitor academic progress and prepare reports
- Coordinate with parents, community members, and READ Foundation
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and administration experience
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Prior experience as Vice Principal preferred
