The role focuses on driving territory sales performance, strengthening distributor relationships, and ensuring excellent market execution across assigned channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective field sales plans aligned with business and category priorities

Manage distributors and customers to ensure smooth sales operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment

Execute channel and category strategies at Point of Purchase (POP) for maximum product visibility and availability

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand forecasts to support business growth

Ensure compliance with company policies, trade standards, and safety regulations

Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams and distributor staff for improved performance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the territory
Eligibility Criteria
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector
✔ Strong understanding of field sales operations and distributor management
✔ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and team management skills
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
