Mobilink Microfinance Bank is hiring a Relationship Officer SME for its Wazirabad Branch. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about SME banking, client relationship management, and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and SOPs.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers.
• Promote and sell banking products according to bank SOPs and ethical standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through genuine and compliant business practices.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit methodology.
• Conduct field visits and physical verifications of prospective clients.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain strong recovery performance.
• Guide customers regarding proper loan repayment procedures.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with the line manager.
• Conduct customer meetings as per product program requirements.
• Maintain compliance with SBP regulations and internal banking policies.
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activities to management immediately.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the bank’s reputation.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of SME financing and banking operations.
