About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join the Govt. & Corporate Sales Central division as Manager Strategic Sales & Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint within the corporate sector by developing strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales expertise, business development capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Drive sales of Fixed Broadband solutions including:

Internet Services
-
Voice Solutions
-
DPLC & IPLCs
-
Cloud Computing Services
-
DICT Solutions
-
M2M/IoT Solutions
-
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions according to client requirements.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen market presence in the corporate sector.

Onboard high-value revenue-generating clients.

Maximize sales opportunities within the existing customer base through excellent relationship management and service delivery.
Business Development
-
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

Explore new growth opportunities through existing and prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate customers.

Proactively identify customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.
Revenue Management
-
Ensure revenue generation aligns with assigned business targets.

Implement strategies to increase revenue from both existing and potential clients.
Customer Retention & Churn Management

Monitor corporate activations and disconnections while analyzing reasons behind churn.

Develop customer retention strategies to minimize client migration to competitors.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve service, billing, or operational issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification required.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

BS Computer Science
Experience
-
Preferably 3–4 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, telecom, or business solutions.
