The role focuses on strengthening academic quality, teacher support, curriculum implementation, and student performance management.
Required Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) or equivalent qualification
Required Skills
- Curriculum design and academic planning
- EdTech for assessment and monitoring
- Teacher supervision and mentoring
- Knowledge of national standards and research strategies
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead academic planning and curriculum implementation
- Monitor student performance and academic progress
- Supervise and support teachers in classroom delivery
- Manage examinations, assessments, and academic records
- Ensure policy compliance and stakeholder coordination
Experience Required
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in academic leadership or coordination roles
